2) Purpose and legal basis of the processing (art.13, par 1, letter c, GDPR)
a) Management of the contractual relationship
Romana Camicie Srl, in full compliance with the principle of data minimization (art. 5, par. 1, lett. C, GDPR) will collect your personal data at the "Moreal" points of sale and / or on the website www.morealcamicie.com to carry out preliminary and consequent activities for the product purchase, to inform you about the processing status and delivery times of the product, for the shipment of the same, for the management of the payment and information related to billing, for the handling of complaints and / or any reports that may be received, for the provision of the subsequent assistance, for the management of any requests for refund / product returns as well as for the fulfillment of any other obligation deriving from the contract.
The legal basis of these policies is represented by the fulfillment of services inherent in the contractual relationship (art. 6, par. 1, letter b, GDPR).
b) Marketing purposes
In the event that a specific written consent should be given, with all the guarantees provided in your favor by the Regulation (Recital no. 32 and art. 7), the Data Controller, any Data Processors, also external and the persons authorized to process them, will use the data from You provided and, in particular email address and mobile number, for sending commercial communications relating to products, special offers, promotions and news, coupons, gift vouchers, free gifts, sales and pre-season sales.
The legal basis of these treatments is represented by the consent of the interested party (art.6, par.1, letter a, GDPR), always revocable.
3) Processing methods and retention period of personal data (articles 5 and 13, co. 2, letter a, GDPR)
The personal data you provide at the "Moreal" points of sale and / or on the website www.morealcamicie.com will be collected with manual and / or electronic tools, in full compliance with the principles set out in art. 5 of the Regulation (lawfulness, correctness and transparency - purpose limitation - data minimization - accuracy - limitation of conservation - integrity and confidentiality), and will be kept in paper, IT and / or electronic archives for the time strictly necessary for the execution of the contract and, possibly, for the achievement of the aforementioned purpose, as well as for the fulfillment of the related legal obligations. The data processing, carried out by the Data Controller, by any external Data Processors and by the persons authorized to the same may consist of the collection, registration, organization, structuring, storage, adaptation or modification, extraction, consultation, use, communication by transmission, dissemination or any other form of making available, comparison or interconnection, limitation, cancellation or destruction.
4) Conferment of data and consent to the related processing - Consequences in case of non-conferment.
The provision of data for the management of the contractual relationship is necessary and, therefore, failure to provide the data expressly provided as mandatory within the order form will not allow you to start and conclude the booking / purchase, delivery and / o return of goods sold by Romana Camicie Srl within its "Moreal" stores and / or on the website www.morealcamicie.com, also preventing the aforementioned company from carrying out administrative and accounting activities. Consent to the processing of personal data for the management of the contractual relationship is not required, in particular, pursuant to art. 6, par. 1, lett. b), of the GDPR and current legislation.

5) Rights of the interested party
Pursuant to articles 15 and following of the GDPR and current legislation, you have the right, in addition to proposing a complaint to the Italian Guarantor for the protection of personal data (art.77 GDPR) and to withdraw at any time any consent given, to obtain from the Data Controller:
a) confirmation that personal data concerning you is being processed or not and, in this case, to obtain access to personal data and to the following information: processing purposes, categories of personal data in question, recipients or categories of recipients to whom the personal data have been or will be communicated, retention period, existence of the right to ask the Data Controller for the correction or cancellation of personal data concerning you or to oppose their treatment, right to make a complaint, to receive information on the origin of the data if it has not been collected from you, to know if your data is processed through automated decision-making processes (right of access);
b) the correction of inaccurate personal data concerning you without undue delay and / or the integration of incomplete personal data, also by providing an additional declaration (right of rectification);
c) the cancellation of personal data, if one of the reasons indicated in art. 17 of the GDPR (right to erasure - right to be forgotten);
d) the limitation of treatment if one of the hypotheses provided for by art. 18 GDPR, as well as the current privacy legislation (right to limitation of treatment);
e) a copy of the personal data concerning you in a structured format and to request the transmission of the same to another Data Controller if the conditions set out in art. 20 GDPR (right to data portability).
Finally, we inform you that you can object to the processing of your data at any time, pursuant to art. 21 GDPR if one of the situations envisaged by art. 6, par. 1, lett. e) or f) GDPR (right of opposition).
